Star-lit night watcher,
Lying on ice surrounded by water,
How will you survive?
Your solitary existance on a melting strand,
How long until you drown?
Flame-lit night stalker,
Your home is burning around you,
How will you survive?
Your lonely song cannot be heard through smoking sky,
How long until you choke?
Neon-lit night slayer,
Wasting your world,
How will you survive?
Your crowded world is heating up,
How long until it dies?

This was my entry into a competition with the guidelines - 3 verses on Climate Change. It got first, so they must've liked it.
I like this a lot, it was really fun to write and was a good stretch of my creative ability.
